WINE

Very feminine, the wines of the AOC Margaux present a subtle bouquet which combines delicate fruity aromas such as redcurrant, floral and spicy. On the palate, it is a fine wine with a beautiful aromatic complexity. The richness of the tannins is accompanied by infinite suppleness. This tannic structure offers a powerful but balanced wine. Margaux wines have a remarkable aging potential of up to 30 years.

THE WINEMAKER

The Margaux controlled designation of origin (AOC) was created in 1954. Margaux wine has had a remarkable reputation since the 18th century. The wine estates of the Margaux appellation extend from 1 to 120 hectares. The Margaux vineyard is where we find the largest number of classified growths (21) including a premier grand growth, Château Margaux.
